1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final.
Once a digital product has been delivered or accessed, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

2. Customized Products

Customized or made-to-order products are created specifically according to your request.
For this reason, we do not accept refunds or cancellations for customized products once production has begun, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

3. Physical Products

If you receive a physical product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We will assess the situation and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Minor variations inherent in handmade products

  • Damage caused by improper handling or use

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
